I have been running and weight training for about 6 months. Lately, my hip hurts when I'm walking and my leg goes back and I lift it to take a step. I cannot run because it hurts. I am doing stretches to strengthen and loosen the hip, but are there any cardio exercises I can do besides swimming or running? I do not want to rest and not do any cardio. I'm not sure if I should be doing the bike or stairs. It does not hurt when I do stairs, but I do not want to make it worse later. Any advice?
