9:10 am - milk and cereal and M&Ms in front of computer 250
10:00 am - more M&Ms in front of computer 230
12:30 pm - 1/2 sandwich 150
1:00 pm - more M&Ms in front of computer 200
even more M&Ms 200
2:00pm - 2 bananas 160
6:00pm - 2 slices of pizza 400

9:15am - M&Ms and oat honey ganola
10:00am - more M&Ms
12:00 - salad
1:00pm - gatorade G2
2:00pm - coffee

6:00pm - 1/2 bagel and 3 scoop ice-cream
10:00pm - lentil soup

Hey you! where have you been?

I was just looking over your past two posts and it looks like you do what i do! Munch while on the computer! Kara had mentioned this before, but before sitting on the computer have portioned healthy snacks ready. That way you're not likely to go over ur calories

Also try having some fruit instead. For the past 3 days, ive been craving something sweet and its always around 6-7 pm. So i try having grapes, apples, or watermelon instead

Nice to see that you are getting a workout in! And in the mornings no less!!! Im so jealous, thats something i've always struggled with:p

I'll come by again tomorrow. Hope to see a new entry!

hmmmm, M&M's seem to be showing up a lot here...I think you need an intervention, STAT! Lol, well, at least you are swimming and walking.
 
frustrating days

So last couple of days have been really frustrating. Just cannot get any handle of control on M&Ms and cakes, simply gobbling up as if there is no tomorrow. I need to get over these somehow!:banghead:
