Hiit

I know HIIT training should not be done more then 3x a week, is it ok to do it back to back days? I tried my first HIIT yesterday on my stationary bike, did 20mins. It was really hard and im just glad i could finish it. Today my trainer ditched me (im bout to fire him) so i missed a gym day. Could i do the HIIT tonight if i did it last night also? Also, i just installed a pull up bar, but i could only do 2 pull ups... is that normal or am i just still to weak?

tried HIIT tonight, could only do 4mins of the HIIT intervals.. did a 5resistance on the bike.

2mins warmup then 30s intervals of 120rpm then lower rpm around 60rpm...

Could only do this for 4mins then 2mins slow to cool off a bit... is this normal?
