HIIT question

What percentage of my heart rate should my resting intervals be at for opitmal gains in fat loss?

I am currently letting my HR drop to 70% is this too much?

You're overthinking. :) When you're doing HIIT or any exercise, the difference between a 70% heart rate and a 50% heart rate is going to be a teeny-tiny fraction of a percent, if that.

What you're doing is fine.
