HIIT Plan for me?

Hello!

I was hoping someone could help me with an HIIT plan. I am almost 19 years old, 6'1 and my current weight is about 250 (Last weighing was about 3 weeks ago) I believe I have lost a few pounds since then however. I have a gym membership and I would like to start doing HIIT to go along with my weight training. I haven't been doing much cardio lately as it's freakin cold here so I have slowed down quite a bit but I just got my HRM watch in the mail today and I would like to start HIIT, I just don't know what a good plan for me would be.

I was doing 30-45 min on an elliptical machine, I felt I could have gone longer but it got kinda boring, but elliptical machine is pretty easy compared to running, so I don't know where to start with HIIT. If anyone could help me out i'd very much appreciate it. Thanks! :)
