HIIT on empty stomach

I was researching and read, that HIIT on an empty stomach, makes you loss muscle mass, but it helps you lose fat faster.

My main goal is to lose weight, and become lean like Cam Gigandet, or Michael Phelps (I don't really want to be huge or bulk). I wanted to know if doing HIIT on an empty stomach, eating 30 minutes after (lots of proteins). Eating the amount of proteins needed, and doing strength training, the other three alternative days help me achieve the lean, swimmer, surfer look. So in my case HIIT on an empty stomach will be fine?

Sounds like driving a car with no fuel in the tank.I don`t know about these things but i wouldn`t do it.It`s your choice though.

You're referring to fasted cardio and no, it doesn't help you lose weight. It helps you bonk and quit. Phelps doesn't do it. Eat 30 - 60 minutes before working out in the morning.

HIIT on an empty stomach is not going to help you lose any more fat than it would after you eat. Not to mention it is probably damn hard to do it.

The only potential benefit to fasted cardio is low intensity exercise, which I hate, and I think should only be used as recovery :)

HIIT with an empty stomach won't work, same as to any form of exercise or workout. if i were you i won't do that cos you'll end up to be very tired and would eventually lose all that remaining strenght.
