hiit and weight training

hey guys, ive decidied to go back to the gym and start weight training again along with continuing my hiit exercise. I have a very busy schedual which limits my workout days to wednesdays and saturdays and sundays. Would it be better to do my hiit workout on the treadmill before or after my weight training on those days?
 
Both forms of exercise are very demanding. Why do you feel it necessary to do nothing but HIIT as your form of cardio?
 
on my off days, mon, tue,thur, frid,i have a physical job that i collect carriages for 3 or more hours with alot of walking. So that is my other form of exercise
 
im 17, 5 foot 10, 170 lbs. i eat about 2500-2700 calories per day. Breakfast- weight control oatmeal, banana, cup of skim milk, cup of mulitgrain cheerios, green tea. Snack- Reduced sugar granola bar with fiber, Lunch- Wheat rap turkey lettuce tomatoe and cheese, wheat chips, carrots, apple, special K treat. Snack- Some fruit, maybe more oatmeal, coffee, green tea, anything with fiber and protein. Then for dinner i generally have whatever my mom is cooking. I eat about 1900 calories up until dinner so i have room for dinner. I try not to eat after dinner but i may have an occasional piece of fruit. I also drink lots and lots of water.
