HIIT and cardio?

That is too much.. Depends more on your diet, and what other routine you are going through.

3-4 times would be well over enough HIIT in a 7 day period. HIIT is a cardio workout and is more effective than a 1 mile jog or 60 min walk... However you want to look at it.

It is composed of gettin the heart rate to a fast pace.. then slowing down.. And in the world of losing weight, that is the quickest way to lose the weight in a healthy manner. Stick to 3-4 times a week otherwise your just risking hurting yourself... or even tiring yourself out to the point where your going to have more skip days and less effective HIIT days.
