hi everybody,

i'm a "newbie", just wanted to get something solid to rely on with my weight. it's up and down and it makes me crazy so i'm trying this see if this will help. i mainly walk/jog, workout the odd time to keep my weight in check. i need to stabalize. so just wanted to say hi and hope for the best! i'm charting (and making a mess of things, argh, sigh!!!!!!!!!), plus i totally absoloutly believe that chocolate (dark anddddddd other) is HEALTHY:) . help!!!! lol.

hi sassy I think tha choclate can be ok if ya only eat a little bit every now and then!!!! Welclome to the site and belive me it helps to vent here and make some friends while your at it!!!!!! Keep on keepin on!!!!STAR;)
