Hi there I’m Laura, 20 years old and live with my partner of 5 years and my cat Angus =)
At the moment I weigh and my target weight is . I'm combining a diet of around 1700 calories (with 5 meals a day and no eating after 7pm) with daily exercise (from yoga to swimming, from the gym to workout DVD’s).
I’m not doing this alone, I’ve got my best friend Holly doing everything the same but she weighs 136lb.
Today was my first day and I’m hooked! Its 8:40pm and I don’t feel hungry and feel so refreshed from our workout DVD session this afternoon.
My other huge hurdle is to quit smoking, I'm sure these hunger pangs will increase while I quit =/
