i've decided to join this forum to get tips and whatnot so hopefully i'll find a lot of helpful info!
so a quick run down.. i'm 19 and looking to tone up/gain muscle/find a good diet.. i'm 171cm tall and 66kgs. and female if thats anything important :action: don't get me wrong, i'm not much of a woman in the sense of wanting to be dainty and pretty! i guess comparing to someone whos body i'm quite jealous of is the singer P!nk. that is the kind of toning/muscle i'm after (maybe even slightly more!)... i know, quite a long shot.. i can only imagine the workout she does!
i've been debating whether or not to join a gym for quite some time as i'm worried about my motivation. i also am TERRIBLE with diets.. i can admit i eat terribly and use the excuse of having a fast metabolism to justify it. oh, and the fact i'm extremely picky does not help! hopefully motivation can be kept here
also not sure if its worth getting a personal trainer to help with the dieting and workout planning.. i've been reading things and come across mixed opinions on them, mostly saying they are a waste of money and all you want can be found online.
so to conclude.. hopefully i'll find some really helpful things on here - i have high hopes!
