Im doing the same thing. I read that the way to get the best results outa this diet is to consume low carbs for like 3 to 4 days. Then have a medium carb day and then a lots of carbs day. That way your body will be forced to use body fat on low carbs days, and it will fuel back up on carbs on ur medium and lots of carbs day. Your supposed to retain muscle mass and just burn fat. As long as u eat tons of protein. So ya, thats wha i read, and im gonna try it. today is my first day and well see how it goes.
