Sport High protein cereal?

no, and they're all full of soy protein anyways.

cereal is supposed to be grain...i.e. carbs.

rather than try to find something trying to immitate something its not...why not have eggs? some milk? a slice of turkey bacon maybe? a whey shake? cottage cheese?
 
I also like Kashi Go Lean - try the crunch, it tastes pretty good, and it has lots of protein and fiber for a cereal.
 
I second Kashi Go Lean. While regular Go Lean has slightly better nutrition statistics, Go Lean Crunch tastes much better and is more filling. I have a bowl almost every day - it tastes great.
 
haha yes, tuna will do the job. yum yum! ;)

but yeah, there aren't really any high protein cereals, all will be high carb. adding a scoop of whey to porridge or something like that would be reasonable tho.
