Does Kashi Golean cereal taste good? And when u guys say Kashi, is everything that they have healthy or just golean products OR golean cereal?

I think they are all pretty healthy for the most part, the golean has the most protein and fiber in it though. I did just try to Kashi Vive, and its pretty darn good, not as much protein, but it has 12 grams of fiber. I think all the Kashi cereals are really good, but hey thats just MHO

golean isn't bad stuff. the go lean crunch is more to my liking.

you can also get fiber supplements if you just can't get it all via whole foods. FiberSure is a tasteless, textureless powder you can mix into shakes, smooties, as well as baked goods.

I like to add a little (maybe 1/4 cup) of the crunch to my strawberry and oatmeal. It gives it that little extra kick. And I love fibersure, it mixes great in just about anything.
