High BP and exercise

I'm a 26 year old male, 6'1", 215lbs. I'm a relatively fit guy, but in the past year and a half I've gained a bit of weight and my blood pressure has gone up. I mean way too high up. I'm not a smoker, but I also haven't gotten back into an exercise program for very long (taking care of that now). Can I expect a significant decrease in BP with a drop in weight to around 180-185lbs? This is something that scares me and I'd like to get a handle on it before I'm suddenly 40 on my third heart attack.

Sometimes stress is one of the cause of HB, and can also make us always hungry.
I think first thing is to check what you been eating that cause your hb.
