My name is Simon Capon and im very excited about being part of the forum. I work with a number of sports people within sports psychology. I love to keep fit and generally look after myself and id love to also help some people on here as well. Im not asking you to join any of my courses, im just asking you to allow me to help in any way i can. Far too many people start a gym programme with all the motivation in the world only to struggle a few months later. If you have the motivation in the first place its possible to have it every day, you just need to know a few tricks.
