Hi everyone, I am pretty new to running but have over the years used an excercise bike and walked on a treadmil. These days I am working on jogging on my treadmil. Wow, it was totally amazing that I could jog even for a minute, soooo I kept going for 7 min. The next time I jogged it was for 23 min. and I felt great until later that day and my knees were feeling tight and there was some soreness. I can walk forever at 3.2 to 3.4 mph with no problems at all even with an incline. Have I ruined my knees??? I have walked for 4 days now and am not having any problems. What can I do to get into running without hurting my joints?
