Hi

I'm new to the forum thing, but am looking for any advice on help to make the most of the equipment I have in my gym - as a 38 year old man I have decided that fitness is the name of the game before I hit 40!
 
There are plenty here willing to help. Obviously let us know what you want to acheive, and what is available to you and we will do what we can.
I am a year closer to 40 than you, barely out of nappies really, or is that nearly ready to get back in them? You will be fine regardless of age, just need to be realistic with your goals and prepared not to rush, easier said than done.
