I am just starting the next step in my training. I have changed the way I eat and have kept off about 20 pounds. Looking for some advice on strength training and looking forward to meeting new people. Thank You Karen:jump1:
Welcome aboard, Karen. Congratulations on the 20lb you've smote so far. You'll find a lot of helpful advice on strength training in the Weight Training stickies, as well as in the stickies that I've written in the Fat Loss and Young Athlete Development sections, and if you have any specific questions, that's what we're here for, so feel free to post them up, and hopefully someone will come and give a useful answer
Another thing you might benefit from is starting a training journal here, which we can keep up to date with you in and help out along the way.
