Hi

I'm new to these forums, but I've been active and trolling around various other forums on the web regarding fitness and well being for several years.

The reason I have joined this site is because of my main interest in nutrition/science, which I have been studying part time for the last three years at an undergraduate level. I'm currently learning about resistance training, and I want to learn more about it.

I don't have any formal qualifications in nutrition but I do know quite a bit (haha how vague is that) and will gladly offer my opinion/advice if I feel it will be a positive contribution. If I can help one person make a change for the better, or at least steer them in the right direction, then I'm happy (;
