I have some good news and bad news.

The bad news:

You can not specifically spot reduce fat tissue. You will lose fat tissue all over your body genetically akin to your own personal male pattern.

The good news:

Though you can not specifically spot reduce, you can lose the tissue you personally want. But, it will be from all over, and sometimes from more places than others, dependent.

Supplements:

If you are looking for supplements over-the-counter for fat tissue loss, I am not the one to speak to. I will not advise you on any, as I think most of them are all junk-masters, just wanting you to crack your wallet.

If you are talking about some other type of supplements, there are a very few that are worth your money. But, I am not ready to commit to any until I know more about your specific circumstances.

To lose tissue, the basics are relatively easy:

Determine your calorie BMR and your calories with activities included, and create a small deficit. Determine your macro-nutrients specific to your circumstance.

Set up an appropriate exercise program.

If you want I can assist you with these.

Best wishes

For supplement, I'd suggest COFFEE... plain and simple. For real weight lost, there is no magic pill or else everyone would be a walking model. It's all about educating yourself, then making a plan, and Finally executing it to perfection. What it will require is a lot of HEART (Willpower + determination) and patiences. It's not an easy journey but a worthy one and quite an accomplishment.
