Hi there

I just started coming here and wanted to say hi to all on the boards.

I'm soon turning 30, and got hit by the fitness bug again. After many years of just basic maintenance workout to stay in ok health, I've started doing Krav Maga, getting disciplined with the resistance training, following a diet and so on. Hopefully I'll look like Brad Pitt in a year or two ;)

The board is a little slow ova the weekend but once the long weekend is ova more people will be talk.
