Hello everyone...please to meet u :)

I am recently gaining 2 kilos since fasting month. Well, its kinda not make sense since fasting month means that you are bound to lose weight.. Maybe it was the way I eat or what i eat but seriously i only eat 2 times a day and gain weight..

Well at first i was terrified since my butt and cheeks are beginning to plump a bit. so I have tried a lot of things to lose some weight.. Yes, exercise is good but im someone with low blood pressure and i cannot be too tired, and jogging makes me damn tired.. So what i did was trying some pills.. Well, lets face it, only pills will not get u anywhere, but i took it, and drinks lots of water, and my exercise was only going up and down by stairs and now i have lost 4 kilos...

In just 1 week i can feel the difference.. my body seems lighter and i feel more energize... I am still trying it now and hope to see some results by end of this months...
 
So you don't want to do any work, but lose weight, and decided to take some pills for it? Low blood pressure doesn't stop you from doing exercise - there are more exercises than jogging. And you don't see a difference in one week. What you lost was probably water weight, which your body accumulated from being starved and dehydrated in your fasting month.
 
No comment on the amount of sodium in the diet (or for that matter gender and if female when her period was)...

It is very common for people to lose a lot of weight when they start drinking water properly. That is why we recommend it to everyone.
