I'm trying to lose weight before I have health problems. My problem is I love carbs. I could do without meat easily, but unfortunately reducing the small amount I eat doesn't have an affect on my weight. I also lead a very sedentary lifestyle. I am trying to be very realistic with this plan. I hope to reduce the carbs, cut out a few calories, and walk/bike 30 min. three times per week. I also am thinking of buying an exercise bike on days when I am not wanting to leave the house. Any advice for a lazy, carb fiend like myself is appreciated.

Carbs (Good Type) are your best friend.


Since you are going to exercise it doesn't matter - what matters is if you are properly eating 6 meals a day and exercising all 7 days.


If you want to lose weight you have to do it right - don't expect anything major but also try to keep it healthy.
