Hi I'm a guy from The Netherlands, 23 years old and I'm a long time lurker. My life story is pretty fucked up.. but I never gave up and will never do. I will keep it short. I've always been fat from birth till somewhere next year. :D My weight now is 128KG and I came from 145KG. I can keep this up just fine but I still don't live healthy..


I lost weight while I ate a lot of junk food. But every time I did I felt 'nasty'. You know, that feeling when you eat a lot and afterwards feel disgusted. I always said to myself that I want to lose weight while I eat every thing that I want to. It works but it doesn't feel right. I want to eat healthy but don't know where to start. So what do I cut off besides the nasty fast food?


I don't want to eat bread and cheese anymore. I need something healthy to eat before I go to work and for lunch at work. It doesn't necessarily have to give me a filled up feeling but it has to give me energy because I need it with my job. I will fill myself with water, the only thing I drink.
