hello um name is lexi, I have a three year old so im looking to get toned thought this would be a good start so I can properly train myself without a 1,000 machine! Anyway.. HI :)

welcome....hope you find what your searching for. I went out and bought a Total Gym 1700 and lost 20 pounds in four months. I took it very slowly and progressed over the weeks.

All my extra weight came from my ex-wife being pregnant for two years in a rowe. when she ate I ate. Good luck.:)
