Hi, everyone! I'm 38 years old and just had my first child. I'm down 13 pounds and am full of energy thanks to the vitamins/nutrients and low carb (not no-carb, low carb :) diet I'm on. I'm interesting in sharing workout ideas, thoughts on various plans and products that are out there and healthy recipes. I'm very much looking forward to the Spring so that I can get outside and burn more calories!!
 
Welcome to the forum.

I must admit that a lot of us here are more into healthy eating and exercise as a new way of life rather than a set "plan". I must admit that I have permanently felt like a human jumping bean with so much energy - just by having sufficient quantities of stuff like lean protein. I am sure that you will find lots of healthy recipes in the appropriate section and there is a whole section for new mothers.

Its great that you are feeling good and dropping your surplus pounds.
