After a long battle with severe depression from PTSD I finally found motivation and resolve to get back into shape. 170ish pounds I had under 5% BF. Now at 257lb I hope a good diet, no soda, no junk food, and some HIIT will cut BF and help me maintain a healthy weight. I hope to get down to 190lb.
 
Hey there, 33mvet. I'm new as well and around the same weight right now. Good luck with everything...it sounds like you already have some good goals and steps to get there. I hope that you are doing well after the depression and PTSD (or at least that you are feeling better while handling them.) Again, good luck!
