I've been searching for the answer to my question on the internet but can't seem to find any answers, and was hoping you guys could maybe help me out!
So here goes: I've always had a chubby face and chubby legs although my upper body has always been slim, and recently i took up vinyasa yoga to tone my body and hopefully lose to weight. I have been doing it for about a month now and i've noticed that i've built a lot of muscle in my abs but that my thighs have also gotten more muscular and now they look even bigger then they did before WITH the fat on top. Its really discouraging to know that i've been eating healthy and working out and still can't lose the weight, so i was wondering if anyone had any tips for me and hopefully a way i can get rid of the muscle i gained in my thighs so they can go back to the way they were?
