What kind of Indian are you (East Indian, Canadian Aboriginal,...)?
Sorry to hear about your break up - it's really hard to work through things like that especially when they are so long term. Try replacing what you are eating with something more healthy (to minimize the damage) and then try to replace the eating with a healthier habit (like walking or something).
