Hi guys, Ive been looking through the before and after pics, they are amazing!
I wanted to share mine and maybe inspire a little, I went from 270 to 154, my wt has crept up around ten pounds this year and I decided to get it off before xmas,thats when I came across this site.

What a journey Ive been on, I cant begin to tell you how my life has changed, its not easy to keep it off but I have kept it off for nearly 5 years now and every year more It is more likely I will win this battle(and it is)

Loosing is the easy bit, thats for sure.... its an ongoing battle everyday, I take the battle very seriously and never let my guard down.

I done it with the less than 5% fat rule, rosemary connely in the uk, It took me only around 12months
