Hi there! I'm new to the forum, been working on my health goals for about 2 weeks now. I'll be 25yo next month, I'm a newly wed and my only baby is a black lab named Kanoa:)

I have a goal to lose a total of 100lbs. I've already lost 14lbs in the first two weeks! I've become a dedicated bodybugg user, and love its calorie management!

I love swapping tips and recipes. The biggest thing I've learned this week is that cleaning burns almost as many calories as working out! My house is as clean as it's ever been this week:) Oh, and I got a great recipe for raw banana icecream from a friend of mine.

I'm also a blogger, and love checking out other blogs. They are GREAT for accountability. Mine is If you have one, than please add it to the comments, I would love to see yours.
And if you don't then you should make one, like I said, GREAT accountability!
