Hi

Just signed up today, I am looking forward to getting back in action, I have been a tad lazy over the past month or so ;-)

I am 34 and have been workng out off and on since I was about 16, primarily for sports, basketball/hockey... It wasn't until I hit 30 that I started gaining weight, at my heaviest I was still only 203 or so (6' 1") and now I am at about 193 or so...

My goals are to tone up and lose my belly fat, get stronger, and increase cardio/stamina for sports again, I quit basketball because I can no longer keep up with the youngsters :( Next year I can play "old-timers"...
Man would I ever love to dunk a basketball again... :D

I am going to post my supplements later on and ask for some advice there, plus I have a decent program to follow (I think) so I am looking forward to hearing what everyone thinks and I would love some advice...
