Hey everyone!
Im new here and my name is Anne. I guess its pretty obvious that most of us are here for weight loss support and thats me.
I never had a weight problem growing up. When i injured myself frosh year in college doing the sport i had been recruited to do at a d-1 school, i wasnt able to work out for a long time. I ate as i always had but without having the work outs i had had my whole life. The weight piled on and before i knew it i had gained about 30 lbs. I finally decided to take control this past year and I dieted pretty hardcore for awhile last all and i did well but when college graduation roled around i "took time off" and now i really need to get back on the ball again, Id like to lose about 25 pounds or so.
Im vacationing right now so its unreasonable to say im going to start my diet and exercise program right now so next Monday begins the new round.
Im very lucky to have a boyfriend who loves me no matter what i look like and sisters and friends who support me whole heartedly but its difficult when none of them really understand how hard weight loss is, Thats why ive come here!
Im excited to get to know you guys!

oh and i guess i should add some stats.
I am 22 years old, 5'10" and i weight about 175lbs. My goal is about 150!
