Hello,

Newbie, obviously! I'm overweight... need to lose quite a bit... healthily!! I'm happy the way I am tbh... and a bloke who loves the way I am too (and is a diet hater!!). I'm doing this for health reasons... I'm still young and probably killing myself by being this weight... So any tips will be greatly appreciated!!

I've started cutting down the naughty but nice foods and eating a lot more fruit... Which I have even made my team at work start!! We used to have doughnuts every week, sweets and chocolate... Now have fruit by my handiwork ;) Always been a big water drinker... so that isn't the problem... need some tasty healthy foods!

do some reading around the forum you'll get lots of ideas for nutrition and workouts...
