When I first woke up to the fact that it was TIME to do something about my weight, I looked down at the scale and said (and I quote) "There is NO F**KING WAY I can lose 102 pounds!!!"
It seemed positively overwhelming.
However, once you start going, you'll see, it really is just one pound at a time. Consistancy, just put one foot in front of the other - every day, and you WILL reach your goals!
As for tickers, somewhere on here is a walk through (I'd have to look to see where) for putting up a ticker, however, for a brief rundown,
go to pick through to get your ticker, then copy the bbc code, come back here, click on User CP on the top of each page and it will take you to your Control Panel, from there click on "edit signature" and paste the bbc code in. That *should* work
As for mine, I don't use a ticker, I just go to the user CP, edit sig and typed in the info, when it needs changing I just do the same to change it.
