Sweetheart if you got a full time job and a baby I wouldn't be too worried about too much excercise. I never had much of a problem with my weight when my children were small they keep you busy and on your toes. I fell into bed exhausted at the end of every day. It is only now that I have 2 grown kids that my weight has been a bother!!!ha ha, It sounds to me like you have a good diet already and are pretty switched on there. Bubs is still only small sometimes it can take up to 6 mths for your pre pregnant shape to return, and it will. If you feel like doing some excersising and have the time go for walks with bubs with the pram, and maybe do some floor excersised at night in front of the tv to tighten up your stomach muscles that's what I did and it worked. God love yah enjoy your baby and don't work too hard.I gained and lost 22 kgs with both my pregnancys, and didn't do a real lot of excercising kids keep you busy !!!!!!and fit, It's only if you have really bad eating habits that what keeps the weight on.
