Hi, I am new to the forum and am kind of overwhelmed by everything. I have tried many many times to loose weight before and have done so only to gain it back. I am an emotional eater...I eat when I am sad, happy, scared, worried:mad: basically all the time. Of course I just lost my job and am worried about that also. I do not belong to a gym I have a treadmill and get on it maybe 3 times a week. The hardest thing is cutting down on my food intake. I love food. I wish I didn't have an appatite all the time. Anyway, hopefully this will help me. I am soooo tired of being fat and uncomfortable in my clothes. :D

I'm new, too, and can appreciate the having to work out without a gym as well as the trying to lose weight many times thing. I find that walking around my neighborhood is helpful because I love the outdoors. How much time do you spend on the treadmill? It sounds like you're off to a great start! :D
