I'm looking for a weight loss support group and this seems like a good place...

I've already lost 50-60 kilos, but this spring I've gained 15 kilos back... not good! So I'm trying to get rid of them for good this time. I lost the weight by healthy eating and exercise, gained some back by returning to my old habits of greasy food and way too much sugar - so I am trying to lose again by the old method -> healthy eating! I've been trying to get back on track for a while now with very little success, so I decided to look for a support group to help me keep my mind on the goal.

And as you can see I'm no native English speaker...

Cardio - no... But I guess I have to think about it!

I've started my diet with a cabbage soup diet... Not very healthy but fast. And I need some results to get back on track. After this first week it's going to be regulöar healthy eating for me, probably counting calories, too. I feel great now that I've made my decision to lose that extra weight, I wish I can keep it off this time.

Hey Olga..welcome! CArdio is really important..but toning is as well. Unfortunately cardio & healthy diet make the most noticeable impact on your weight...so just make babysteps into it...you'll be amazed how good you will feel. Good for you for deciding to come here & make a change for yourself!
