Hello there,

I am 27 years old with quite a bit to lose, I am currently 78Kg and wish to be 55Kg somtime in my life. I am now exercising daily and am doing my own diet of cutting back and eating healthly.

welcome, sounds good you decided to start up a healthy lifestyle. If your trying to lose weight I suggest lifting weights 3 times weekly and doing cardio 3 times weekly, if the two are put together they work much better than one alone. and a lot of water is a must. good luck to you and stick to it, itll be a great day when you accomplish your goal.
