Found this site while web searching for an exercise ball. Looks like you all are very supportive of everyone's efforts. I'm hoping to make myself accountable to you all - then I'm not in this alone. Anyone have any recommendations on the ball?

My goal is to lose about 20 lbs and gain energy. Feeling like a slug. Down to a minimal wardrobe that fits. Have set up mini-targets - things I want to be in better shape for. A banquet in February, my birthday in April, wearing shorts in summer.....

Fighting the sugar monster which is trying to take over my life. Is it true that the cravings eventually stop?
 
Welcome...yep we are a happy bunch here,..and good for some laughs too,...and I might add supportive of one another. Did you manage to get yourself registered on the weightchart yet or still having problems?
 
Tried the registration today and it worked - I'm on the chart! Now I've got to get off the computer and start moving. Spent the last hour checking out diary posts. Very motivating.
Thx for the welcome. And I will stay away from sugar today.
