Hi. I'm Ashley, I'm a 20 year old female from the UK. I am currently about 100lbs overweight
which is the reason I've seeked this forum out!
I've recently started excercising everyday: I go swimming 3-4 times a week, I walk my dogs twice a day and I do some cardio and toning excercises in my room at home a couple of times a day. I've also cut WAY back on junk food and am trying to find new healthier foods to replace it with.
I have also cut down smoking from 20 a day to about 4. I'm working on cutting those out and giving up all together, which I hope will be within the next month to 6 weeks. I really wish I'd never started but I can't change the past I guess.
I'm here because I'd like to make friends, get and offer advice and of course become the healthy and slim person I once was
