I'm 37 years old, I live in Quebec. I am using MFP on and off for several years now but started to use it more regularly a few weeks ago. It has become part of my routine without any effort and I must admit that logging my meals feels so much better than not doing it.
A few years back I was weighing 260 pounds in my early thirties, now I am maintaining around 200 for the past year or so. I don't believe in diets but eat healthy food while trying to be active by walking and doing home exercises whenever I can fit them into my schedule.
I'm a person who likes to stay consistent rather than perfect. So, I'm looking forward to connecting with other MFP users who are maintaining their weight or starting to log their meals.
