Hi from Australia.

Used to be fit.........

And i want to be that way again.
Was in the Army and very fit, so I'm trying to get that back. I've might have left my run a bit late to get back into shape, but better late than never....

It's been bloody hard to keep to a proper routine, as i do 12hr shift work and try to look after my kids.

I've just gotten a hold of P90X, P90X+ and Insanity DVD's and I'm using these as a type of training guide...... Just kinda mixing up routines to find out what works....So far using P90x(+) for upper body and Insanity for the rest.....
P90x(+) one day then Insanity the next.........kinda :)

Insanity is bloody killing me so i'm just doing the Intervals on the P90X+ for my cardio, until my fitness improves........
