Hi, 23yr old male from Ontario Canada, 5'11" 183lbs on average, im in a dilema where I cannot maintain a constant weight.. fluctuations from 180-190lbs.
Im guilty of living a life filled with eating very poorly, and drinking litres of pepsi and other variants of pop. I have not bought or drank pop in over 3years now, and have developed a much healthier eating regimen. My primary liquid intake is 5-6liters of water daily.
I plan on working out again, but previous attempts always fail, and only last a month.. caused by boring and procrastination.. its hard for me to commit to working out on a regular and consistant basis.
Anyways im here looking for training tips, and nutritional help and advice.
