Hi everyone. I'm a 25 year old female college student with 60 lbs to lose. I have a good plan, just having difficulty sticking to it so I figured I'd join up for support and encouragement. :)

I had a fitness assessment done at my school's rec center, and had a fitness program designed just for me. It includes circuit training and 30 - 40 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 days a week. So far I've only been doing 1 or 2 days a week. I've also been playing with some online calculators, and determined that my needed caloric intake to maintain my weight is approximately 2500, so starting today I'm going to cut that to 1500 calories. Back in January I tried 1200 calories for 3 days and I couldn't do it. At the end of the 3rd day I ended up binging on two bean burritos from Taco Bell because I felt like I was literally starving.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi. I've got a paper I need to go write, so bye for now. :)

we have about the same amount of weight to lose ^^
originally for me it was 80 but since january i have dropped 20 pounds =D
you seem to know what you are doing.
i was eating 1400 calories a day... but i remember that we are eventually
going to have to lessen our calories as our BMR becomes lower....
sooo 1400 to 1200 to 0 >=D lmfao jk jk lol
everyone here is lovely. good luck to you!

Yeah, I don't need a gimmick to help me lose weight. I'm a college student, I can barely afford to buy healthy food let alone whatever your selling.
