Hi everybody,how's it going 
i'm 20 yrs old and 145 lbs...i started dieting about 2 months ago,right when i joined this forum but i wanted to lose some weight first before i actually started posting in it...don't really have a good reason to explain why,it's just a thing..ya know ? anyways,i started at 172 lbs...i wasn't really serious about dieting until about mid april,the first couple of weeks,i lost a good amount of weight,then it slowed down a bit but it was still good i guess... then it slowed down even more which frustrated me on some days and led me to "cheating", i would gain a pound or two and then go back to the same number that frustrated me...and now i have been stuck at 145 lbs for about three weeks
by the way,i didn't follow any special program,no famous names or anything like that,i just tried to eat what's "good",,mostly vegetables,fruits,grilled chicken,yogurt...i exercised but not regularly,i.e on my own at home,actually i just started going regularly to the gym last week,the last time i exercied which was on tuesday i came home really hungry and ate stuff i havent had in months,and continued to do this for the past 4 days
i'm very disappointed in myself but i plan on going back to dieting tomorrow,i'm just afraid that by the end of the week i will still be stuck at 145 or even worse gain some weight (i binged alot these past 4 days)....i'm looking forward to making great friends here,encourage and support them,and have their support as well..i would love to hear any kind of advice from anyone..
