Hey!

Here I am. 17-year-old guy.

5.5 ft
142 lbs

My goal is to lose 20lbs in two months, and gain muscle.
Basically I'm also looking forward to a lifestyle change.

My diet is basically 4 meals, lots of protein in each, and 1500 calories per day.
My workout is 4 days a week weight training, and 4 days 45 minutes running.

My biggest concern is not being able to lose weight, stay in a plateau or something forever :eek: ... that'd be devastating.

What do you think about my goals, diet and workout ?

dont worry about something that hasn't happened yet...

weight training you want to do on non-consecutive days - so your muscles have time to recover - so i'd probably drop it to 3 days rather than 4...


20 lbs in two months is pretty agressive youo really dont want to lose more than 1 percent fo your body weight a week...

and don't worry so much about your weight - take your starting measurements and focus on seeing i mprovements in thata
