Here I am. 17-year-old guy.
5.5 ft
142 lbs
My goal is to lose 20lbs in two months, and gain muscle.
Basically I'm also looking forward to a lifestyle change.
My diet is basically 4 meals, lots of protein in each, and 1500 calories per day.
My workout is 4 days a week weight training, and 4 days 45 minutes running.
My biggest concern is not being able to lose weight, stay in a plateau or something forever
... that'd be devastating.
What do you think about my goals, diet and workout ?
