hi dawnie, welcome to the forum. how much do have to lose? do you have a plan how to do it?
if not, i advise you to read some stickies on how to get started, and then start your diary where you'll be able to track yourself...your nutrition, exercise, your ups and downs, and have an incredible support while doing it. it doesn't matter if you have 5 or 200 lbs to lose, its about changing yourself.
