Hi there, I'm Jade. I need some advice on toning.

I'm 20 years old and 5'1. I am joining this forum in an effort to talk to like-minded people and hear advice/opinions from all ends of the spectrum.

I am currently trying to stop losing weight and start toning. I've already lost 30 lbs, and I find it's harder for me to stop than it was to start! I'm currently 108 lbs.
I want to start toning. I have lost enough weight. My calorie intake where my struggle is at. I am having a hard time reaching at least 1200 without eating unhealthy. I don't have much time to eat in my day either, I work and go to school full time. I want to tone but am I even eating enough? How can I find my healthy medium?
 
Hey Jade, I'm Liz :) What kind of workouts are you doing? You say you are struggling with eating enough? How so? Maybe I can be of some help.
